Hello,
I had my SonyTR7000E since length is not used and they are now denied the operation. Error code C21: 00 which, according to moisture in the Manual cassette tray is. Drying hift not, I've tried everything.
I suspect therefore that the moisture sensor is defective.
Has anyone a similar problem with this model?
If the humidity sensor is part of the circular recess in the tape of the match?
Can the sensor irgenwie bridge?
Am grateful for any hint!

Hello,
this error in my understanding may as in a defective sensor or synonymous to a shift of the work area (caused by aging components) occur.
Look for similar discussions with the word "moisture." An ultimate solution (free, fast self-made) I do not remember.

thanks for the reply. I still have next gegoogelt and found a fix. Remove All Battery (synonymous small button cell), then all loaded and the error has disappeared.
Sounds silly, but it works. Seems to be a problem with the Sony camcorder frequently occurs.
