Frage von Der_KHAN:Hello,
the days I was in Dusseldorf in the Old Town and have since filmed a bit, nothing big, just the nightly hustle and bustle there, synonymous with no equipment, such as Tripod, etc., just rumgehen with the cam in his hand.
At once a fat man came up to me, who as a bar bouncer or disco out there, and anmachte me that I could "his shop" is not filming, everything still synonymous with a rather offensive word choice.
I was definitely NOT with the Cam in the store there, I just ran through the streets and have the camera probably synonymous times on the input of the store on hold. Is it already banned? Or is it just back to the typical pompous behavior of a small-time bouncer?
Antwort von Der_KHAN:
Nochwas oh, all this was of course in any way commercially or so, had not a company synonymous, etc. simply wanted the "LowLight" capabilities of my camera to try.
Antwort von r.p.television:
From the outside, you can film as much as you want. I know of no law that prohibits this.
Antwort von Der_KHAN:
Yes, I think synonymous, just wanted to be sure and know what I type the next time will say ...
And if this bouncer feels personally hurt because he happened on the recording it is, but should - as far as I understand it correctly - one of the following laws apply:
Persons as accessory to § 23 para 1 No 2 KUG
Are people as an accessory in addition to a landscape or other locations shown, is a portrait of publication without their consent is also permitted. The people depicted may not be the actual purpose of recording that much more must it simply be staffage in the Picture.
People at events to § 23 para 1 No 3 KUG
Similarly, persons on images of meetings, elevators and similar processes appear to be published without permission. This includes, for example, synonymous demonstration participants. The figure in question must, however, a crowd of people present. It is not enough that a crowd of people really exist, but frames of the participants made. Frames and portrait photos in particular are not covered by the mapping freedom. They add, however, is still synonymous, however, that no publication occurs.

Another question of course is whether this right in the Türsteherszene can enforce or whether with a tunnel in the face ends :-))

Or is it just back to the typical pompous behavior of a small-time bouncer? But, of course. I always ask me how small the Schniedel these types must be ...
This is only relevant if you enter their site - probably at a shop in the pedestrian zone, however, play no role.

... and anmachte me that I could "his shop" is not filming, everything still synonymous with a rather offensive word choice. A clear case: Then I leave it, no preference whether commercial or not. Free advertising (in the case of a publication) I do just for nice people. ;-)
