Hello RobbiTobbi,
if you want a movie nachvertonen, you need to do the recording in the PC, because a voice will help you just do not have, or complicated the matter. The microphones in dictaphones are mostly built and not particularly good.
My suggestion, buy your $ 100 for a small analog mixer with microphone input (EUR p.50) and a simple dynamic Microphone with Stand (EUR p.20). The microphone input of sound cards is usually not as good as it is better the Microphone on a preamplifier (built-in mixer) s.den line-in input of the sound card.
