Hello,
I have before me a build your own video light on. The structure s.sich is really very simple: Lamp, Battery, Switch.
I have kept an old lamp HAMA Combi fly about which I can use as a perfect frame. There, I would tuck 6Volt two lamps with 50W each.
Battery as I thought, I use a 6 Volt Battery scooter like this one:

and connect it via a cable with the lamp. I can recharge it with my car battery charger.
This is all just theory until now ... Is it for me as I think? What problems might arise?

Hello!
The cables should be thick enough to keep the resistance as low as possible. Moped Battery from a distance, I would take because of the acid contained therein. Look out for a rather cheap, at NC Accu, which is closed. Thus you run less risk that something happens. A car charger is, however, with security for the NC Accu not usable, due to high performance.
My pers Recommendation: 12 Volt and 12 Volt Battery Stahler own and are significantly better able to get anywhere.

At 12 volts's are still just over 4 amps. I think I will then use 12V lamps and a 12V sealed lead acid battery. Can this synonymous with a conventional car battery charger to charge or do I need for an extra charger?

The lead-acid battery-You can load as a conventional lead-acid battery. A special charger is not to my knowledge is required. Incidentally, I have even two lead-acid battery in use and use a NiCd / NiMH / Pb-loaders.

MFG Peter Ne question would have fog lamps. These lights indeed limit the cone of light upwards, so do not be blinded motorists. Does not negatively as a movie light? What brands of fog lights would be as suitable?
