How would like to excerpts of a documentary, which is not yet clear, using short film in one. The excerpts are only for about 20 sec. Full screen visible and dannach only in the background as a television motion tracked a clip. Except submission ShortFilmFestival there nokommerzielle recovery.
Would be most likely a request s.den rights holders because of properly release? We have nofinanzielle nmittel buy material, to control floor.

If it is not used for quote purposes you need it or communicate with the OVERFLOW owners.
Maybe they are so cool and you share a few pictures. If the document was on NP TV station which is already difficult.
At max. 1 sec per image detail would be no things, that no cock crying for. But 20 seconds you have to protect you now.
