Frage von Commanderjanke:Hi Folks following situation,
I work with the Canon XHA1 (in progressive mode, why? because I like it). Now I want to bring my work cut natürich in best quality on DVD (I think that's always) for each of the claim. Much I've already read about Avisynth, Mpeg Steramclip etc. which will all be better. I am working with Premiere CS4 and have been synonymous hierrüber Downgescaled, the material seen on the television as far as good, but the question is, of course, is synonymous even better. The point is simply this brings me MpegStreamclip with progressive HDV footage filmed totzdem a quality boost when Downsclaing or not? Since I have so far read only the NLE's problems have the same donwzusizen and deinterlacing, which is when the deinterlacing is eliminated, as in my case? I do not want money to spend MpegCodec of Quicktime if it brings me nothing so I have not tested it yet.
Greetings from the Commander
About info I would be very grateful

whether p is true or not, it is indeed always fought. I can only say for me it's true, my premiere project file is in p, the frames are original to me, and the loss of horizontal resolution is less than if I record interlaced. like to me the visual impression in 25 p better.
Antwort von WoWu:
The advantages of P are completely uncontested.
Unfortunately, you have synonymous but the disadvantages of the procedure and additionally the disadvantages of interlaced, because at the de-interlacing you do not come around whenever it takes place in the workflow synonymous and aggravating just be added, that any de-interlacing synonymous with systemic coloring occur. It is not just a temporal problem, but a local synonymous.
To that extent you will not use a different codec much.
