Hello!
I am a film student in Frankfurt and I've made sense as a gigantic exercise, Tad Williams' Dragon Throne leg "as well as low to no budget film adaptation is possible. What page of the technical things are concerned, I stand on the SAE cameras, dollies, cranes, Steadycam, blue screen studios, workstations, render capacity and recording studios are available.
First of all, I search for the pre-production team of people who simply designs of the characters and scenes of the book and made a script co-author who helps me the book into a film sound-shape.

I agree with Stefan. These books have become popular, as that the rights would be convenient to have.
The look of such a fantasy film is of course today sHdR I-III measured, and who tried to apply even thicker - which hardly seems possible - it will be difficult. Example: "Eragon", I can not imagine that this film appeals to the masses.
Other hand, there are alternatives:
"Jabberwocky" (dirty, gloomy Middle Ages)
"Excalibur" (operatic scenes, highly stylized).
And there are still many unexploited opportunities.
Medieval legends, fairy tales, verbrämte history ... All this still waiting to be filmed to be brainy. Why because s.modernen authors stick?

The inoffizelle biography of Peter Jackson, as dummdreister funding scroungers and sweatshop employees fristete his first year (with content, see "Feebles" which really can only shake of the head), das shows I'm far from being a fan to be. But this is now a
global player. Maybe I just watch too many films of Jean-Luc Godard ... With the film as a form of expression, this infantile fantasy / action / Effect Speed Heat really little to do.

Ok, that is to be neither in HdR look similar or outdo, nor in any way commercially evaluated (knows someone "Tydirium" - excellent and hopefully completed Fanfilm Star Wars - and the guys have certainly not with the rights of george purchased.) If that is a pure fun project, although it s.Ende obviously still a good, look good on film get out, because of people stuck inside their work, simply because they are fun.
