Frage von Silbermöwe:Hello @ ll, not now know whether this is absolutely the right subforum, but: I have a different MV450i and wants to digitize VHS video, so the recorder on MV and then on the PC. This has been worked out perfectly, but since we have a new TV, it no longer works. Perhaps even knows someone in it, I close on AV-Aus-/Input (red / white / yellow) to the TV to (S-VHS only shows black and white images and is not recommended synonymous) going on in the REC, but the Camera displays nothing. The same if I connect directly s.den recorder. Conversely, it works. Canon hotline says, I do everything right, but now I have read several times that one should set in the menu of the camera a bit. I have since tomatoes on my eyes? Manual gives her nothing, the camera has been detected in the REC via the cable car ever. Should I be here in the wrong forum, please brief reference where I can ask. The hotline of JVC has not responded the way, so I have been synonymous in demand. Danke schon mal.

Hello,
which cables connect between the VCR and camcorder when the two devices are connected directly to each other? Scart -> 3x RCA? In this case time investigating the signal direction of the Scart connector. If it is an input, an output or it can be switched? What you need is a SCART input.

Thanks for the tips, signal direction is already in the camcorder DV - In, but I'll try it on the TV now, once with the scart adapter, which I have not yet done so.
The idea that this is only an input in the video, I am not yet come. Thanks, that helps me next, but before, it would just try it.
