Hi folks,
would I have Premiere Pro CS5 and edit a project file in After Effects. Now I have the problem that I have a wish benuzen plug-in that I have for After Effects CS4. Is there any way to adjust the dynamic link for other or rewrite?

If you can reprogram it, then can make a lot of money.
Dynamic means that you can not link Effects of Ae open in Premiere, but that you can edit the inverted sequence in AE and Premiere öffenn and without having to render between.
As a solution for you:
Open the PP sequence in AE, turn on your Effect, Render out the comp in AE (eg Tiff sequence) and open it again in Premiere.

I have to apologize because I probably expressed myself incorrectly. I meant of course "as it was described Florian, I unrendered the sequences from Premiere to After Effects open order to carry out Effects + Color Correction.
Because of the effects I can not do normal import of the Dynamic Link with After Effects CS5, because the effects are 64 bit compatible.
But now I've got a solution, I have the project file in Premiere CS4 opened, and now I can easily work with AE CS4.
But Premiere of 11 AE CS4 is not somehow or?
