Hello,
It is known that the dynamic range of video is much smaller than the chemical film. Modern professional cameras have now but a few tricks s.Bord to better coloration dark and bright areas.

Not necessarily, a modified DVX100A Varicam or at least have 9.5 screens and / or contrast sensitivity range.
