hello, would like something with dynamic slow motion / quick motion to experiment, to software I've DynaPel premiere pro and motionPerfekt of. (am of course very open to else :-))
good for both programs you can change the "time", but how to create time-dadynamische lupen snatcher? change of 0 to 100, the speed is not what I want :-))
would be very grateful for help!

Call in Time remapping. Works just like in the motion control for example the rotation: About keyframes and Bezier curves.

In APP give it no dynamic scheduling of keyframes. Unless you own a very expensive such as Twixtor plugin ...
