Hi,
I have the pleasure, s.Wochenende the EX1 and the HVX200 a small comparison test. The handling of the EX1 is really good, but why this camera as a new reference class for Camcorders up to 10,000 euros will apply - this is really cryptic.
I'm going to get the shots in the coming days, times closer look, who has issues: happy to report ..

lowlight, bewegungsunschärfen, image noise and color vs. 4:2:0. 4:2:2 and Croma aberration would intressieren me.

regarding 4:2:2 kan shcon times, I'm going to say that green screen shots with the Panasonic is much better than with the EX1. More on this later ..
