Frage von webrider:
Hi,
if I have a AVCHD - Video (1920x1080i50) for editing in a video program (Adobe Premiere Pro CS4) import, in what format it is then converted, or importing it will not convert?
Regards,
Webride
Antwort von Wiro:

Hi,
it is not converted but is handled natively.

Antwort von webrider:

If so, why it is then re-rendered, if I export in MPEG4 format?
I import MPEG4 (AVCHD 1920x1080i50) and then export as synonymous MPEG4 (1920x1080i50). When I worked on nothing, but then the video would only be copied, rather than to render it again.
Such was the least for DV video (MPEG1).
Antwort von Alf_300:

Vielleich because the tick is New to render - - inside
Antwort von B.DeKid:

Premiere is not really a "Direct Stream progi as Virtualdub offering for avi files.
Your question of "Why is the only way" you can answer here, hardly anyone.
