Hi, have a movie of 20 minutes and grab would like pure for three minutes a Picture Effect in Virtual Dub in the video and then a different effect. Is it possible with VDub, Effects for only ne certain time to be in it?

No - we can not.
You have to put a filter over it, then save the part you want to save, then the other arm with the other filter.
After the two files you can then join with VirtualDub again (they must have identical but Resolutionund codecs, as well as of technical Page of identical sound).

I thought to do this, add filter, click the filter list and filter the relevant right down to "blend".
Then in VirtualDub at "View" the "Curve Editor" and you can select at the bottom of each filter keyframes.
