Hello,

I am looking for an Effect. And it is a video in a kind of cartoon transformed, ie it moves only as the Siluette a person (usually in a little color). An example:
What is the effect and with what program can I use the whole hinbekommen?
The film should be regarded as intro for a website in Flash can be used.

Hello,
good editing programs have a filter Find Contour / find contours. With Adobe Premiere can be found under "stylize".

The less subtle details the scene has the better effect of the filter.
A very light coloring is achieved by careful intervention of the original.
