In the first two minutes, there was probably nothing in it, not what you can do with board funding of Vegas Pro.
If you have not yet properly can deal with the software, then you should take the manual on hand and to experiment extensively with all the possibilities.
Of course, you could be synonymous to use Magic Bullet Looks, Boris FX, or similar packages, but ultimately, once again the tiresome process of learning is that you can take ninth.

If you take on the "look" Reference: A special "look" is usually a dynamic combination of different effects. To create a certain "look" for there are usually plenty of opportunities and not just one.
Make your first concrete idea of what you want just ask. Get busy about this in depth with the possibilities of your software and try to get as far as possible. Should describe you then stand in front of a concrete problem, then just one problem and making no general statements like "I want it to do a film like that."
If you people in the forum "stupid sayings" accuse, then you will find that helping None.
