Hello everyone,
I now have Adobe Encore ... (Yes, I would like, and Adobe. I would receive anything and I have decided to use the Adobe products, so synonymous so many questions .. sorry: - / But I always try to help as often as I ask questions)
So, I would like Encore and will appear during the menu, to run in the background a movie. Best yet to Music, or an AVI or MPEG, which already has sound here!
The video can be synonymous wächseln quiet or stop, if you wächselt a new menu!
Can someone explain to me briefly how I hinbekomme?
I tried as a background to easily import an avi but somehow folded hats net really. Well, vielleciht then you should take into consideration that I absolutely total newbie at Encore, AE and Photoshop'm * gg *

Hello Constantin.
If I have understood you correctly:
Open the Properties window of your menus.
In the middle is a box "video" and including "Audio".
Pull the paper clip next to your asset in the Project window, then the asset name should appear in the box.
With audio you do it the same way. If you want to use the sound of your video, drag the audio on the same asset, such as "Video".
Under "audio" you can set how long your video will be shown and whether you want to rent it in a loop.
And indeed, as you can get the sound on a button, then choose Dolby 5.1 or stereo?
Open the properties of the button, and choose to "join" "Other Setting". Now select the proper timeline, the chapter which is to be started. Select the bottom of the window, which you can audio track and subtitle which is to be selected by the button.
