I want to with a multi-page Encore CS5 Bluray menu where I when I click on the buttons with automatic activation, it switches on Page 2 and then there used a different background.
I have it but not the other way with HG I can only change Articles and buttons.
Can any one help me there?

What you get out not? To change the background in Encore the (sub) menus, right-click with the mouse on the Picture. In the open context menu "Edit menu in Photoshop" option. In Photoshop you can change everything in the Encore menu - eg delete the background and a different place. All changes to the menus in Photoshop over the switch back to Encore.

A multi-page menu in Encore works quite differently. As such, it is therefore not care - you import your Menuvorlage simply multiply and knotting the links in a classic.
