Have times now exports a test basis aac 5.1 audio file of Premiere and wanted to load into Encore. Here comes the message that the software can not decrypt the media on my system was available.

"Aac" probably means "Advanced Audio Encoding", it is a standard, not DVD-compatible. Honestly, I would guess that it is a proprietary Apple codec, for in that you charge pay-Music from the iTunes Store.
Avi is a container in this container and Sound is also not DVD-compatible.
The two standard - Audio formats for DVD are PCM (Wav as such) with 48 kHz and ac3 (aksDolbyDigital) also allowed only with 48 kHz. The latter would be more favorable because of the data rate output format for 5.1. About the workflow, how, when and what is 6 mono wav tracks (probably as a surround package created in Premiere) a single ac3 file is compressed, I can tell you as Final Cut Pro-learning anything.

I think I've found a free solution. After a view finder on the net I found the XMedia Recode and thus it seems to work. until tonight my movie times Get it for free.
Created quite normal in a premiere Avi in 5.1 Surround. Then you can do it in XMedia Recoder in an ac3 file, convert the Encore accepts no problems. Finish is the surround sound DVD.
