Hello,
I would be careful here from the forum to accept advice. If you are planning something, you surely need a well-tuned solution that adapts to your requirements. And there are certainly some questions to be answered: How does your material out there? (other agencies, cassettes, SP, Digibeta, IMX, DV, etc., as a file like mov, avi, mpeg, or as sattellite downlink, etc.)
How should it be changed? (HD, SD, 16:9, 4:3)
Is it only a rough cut or are synonymous corrections to use? What people should work? Cutter? Computer professionals? Anyone who had a brief introduction?
How should the material be rausgeschickt again? Tape, File, Disk, sattellite uplink etc?
Nothing against the already given answers, but you do not know what experience donors have the answer. I think something should be an expert on the spot and look with a few leaders speak.
