In Speed and quality is not on offer yesterday bought the Pro version and still have $ 400 discount - Cleaner Crossgrade!
The part is every penny or cent value.

This I agree with that for H.264 from HDV with no
episode much smaller files with the same quality can be expected. That would have been a motive, something
to encode.
