tu 'Batteries all times from the thing for a few minutes out synonymous (the button battery, if it has one) to reset the electronics. Then no ifs funzt, s.zum service.

You do not need to disassemble the camcorder. Since s.der base should be a flap that you can jump out of (possibly open with a screwdriver) ... (I hope it helps synonymous, after all the effort! ;-)

I guess that this is the flap that with a Phillips-head screw is held, directly beneath the battery. Since the "info Lithium" sticker is on it.
