Hello,
have the following problem. Upon opening of After Effects I get this message:
"After Effects error: can not get Unicode file"
Then I click "Ok"
Program to open it and I could work therotisch it, but if I then miniere for example, a tutorial on the Internet come to watch, I get this error message here:
"After Effects error: failed to parse transmap file"
Must then quit that program with the Task Manager, otherwise I can not even close.
Funny thing is that the program is running on the laptop my mum, just not on my PC.
Previously it was running, now I have reinstalled Windows a few weeks ago and it spins.
How can I fix this problem? In what could it be?
