My experience with Dynamic Link and CS3 were similar. For CS4, I have not even tried it then.
I export in Premiere, is now the Project with the Blu-ray template in 2 separate files m2v and wav and the two files I import into Encore and all is well.

Wohlmöglich are. Jpg too big? I had my 4 # # # # # # x 2 pixels to convert large photos smaller for successful encoding.
