Frage von MikeSNH:Hi,
with Premiere Elements 3.0, there is for me s.unteren screen a yellow exclamation mark.
When I click on it, a notice with the following contents:
"The Anzeigemodu for desktop has been reset because the video card is an error returned. Set the display mode for the desktop in the dialog box 'Playback Settings' back, because this setting may affect the playback performance."
What I would be interested in:
What do I say this notice?
And how should I practice the playback settings reset?
(In the project settings are for me almost all the windows in gray and therefore not changeable)
About an answer I would be delighted.
Many thanks and greetings
Mike

Hi, the same problem I had synonymous.
Not always, but it came to me so that it only occurs when I have some effects and transitions without rendering the preview to the editing window've played.
I had an nVidia GeForce 6600 with 256MB used. Now I have a ATI2600XT with 256MB DDR4 also built, as they are the 3D effects and VitaScene example of proDAD much better supported in the preview and the preview so much liquid expires, as with the old card.
The problems with the error message I now no longer synonymous.
