I have recently come across an interesting question, of which I would like to know how you would have reacted as the camera men and women.
So it is this:
On www.fernsehkritik.tv was reflected in the current episode 28, an article about the trip sKöniginnentag amok in the Netherlands. In this forum has a geschriben, which would have helped make the cameraman but instead of the pictures of injured people prefer.
This is just an example and may occur in many contexts.
What do you think is important, what is correct? Help those injured or capture images for news, police reports etc? How should we react in this situation "correctly" - stop recording draufhalten right? How hätted you react?

If the number of bystanders balancing power enough to help, I would be filming ...

So I see the synonymous. In this case, as a result of the event were already a lot of paramedics on the spot, I would have done my job - that is rotated. The situation is different, of course, if you arrive before emergency services or fire department. Then help the injured first, it should not be only human, of course, but it is synonymous advisable for legal reasons: it does not do it, you could be guilty of failing to assist.
It is also a crying from the pain of injured, who is trapped in the car, not as synonymous really the desired imagery.
Since then it is much more exciting if the rescuers are there to be unpacked the great tools and sets the orderly access.
So help when no one is there.

But when I think s.gladbeck 1988 ....

Quite a long time ago. We sat as WDR EB teams in the canteen, and on live television was the infamous match in Brussels, where the stands collapsed and there were many casualties. The booked on football transfer cameraman zoomed in on a boy who was pushed to the of the panicked crowd behind him with the neck and strangled against a fence. He zoomed in and turned on the fence sharp. Images of death, without warning, and served with seemingly professional coolness. Never before has Ö.R. Cameramen so thoughtful views. There are no ethical issues Yes-No answers, fortunately.

Synonymous So I am of the opinion that the cameraman synonymous makes clear in these situations, valuable work and help, man will do if no one else is there or it is really needed.
But if anyone is concerned, because you have filmed because instead of helping, as explained to her that, for example him? How can you justify his filming at the moment? Should we, anyway?
Antwort von Axel:
You can make yourself to be in a crisis situation in the first place to fellow human, and neglect in case of doubt, your role / function as rapporteur. Your right as ethically acting being.
Whether it would be so, is another matter. The phenomenon that a photographer, but still a more film-maker (; and certainly even more of an ENG cameraman) in such a situation as an "objective", standing outside of nature, has often been described, and precisely not of the cold-hearted assholes.
