With Windows. Unless it is for any Unix-stories that can be used in OS X via X11. But, as you ask, you have probably an EXE file for Windows. And then hear so slow on the compatibility. Without further synonymous AtariST-Programs do not run on Windows computers, or PlayStation games on your Mac.
Either you can install Windows on your Mac, or you use emulators such as VirtualPC, etc.
