In what format do I export my HD movie from FinalCut? Overviews the entire output settings are not quite so.
The film lasts 14 minutes.
The format is relatively indifferent (should only commonplace se
in)
the size should be 2 GB or less.
The film should be - ie not involving live stream or on a homepage.
To view the movie in a reasonable period of time I would be happy to upload the film to less than 1 GB to compress.
What settings do I need to do?

Read! Learn! Practice! Researching!
H.264, 75% quality, multiple passes, keyframe every 25 frames. Under Quicktime export in Final Cut Pro. Will order on 400 to 500 MB.
