Frage von Empire:Hello,
I'm looking for my Canon HV20 has an external Micro. Now I know I am not sure what to take.
I will in any case an example for wedding photographs.
Say for Standesamt synonymous but for music recording. When it later with tape live is to dance.
What could you recommend me.
Budget: max. 200 EUR.
However, if a good cheaper synonymous, there would of course be all the better.

So the forum search I used. Hab synonymous to approximately 3-4 hours to read this. Hab nirgendswo but found that Micro would be perfect for weddings.
So stereo or mono.
Antwort von jansi:
I would simply buy Micro stereo.
You should make sure that you Mirko on the hot shoe of the Cam
can assemble
Say for Standesamt synonymous but for music recording The microphone is a bit difficult. There is no Microphone, which is suitable for all purposes. But it was discussed here 100 times already!
Antwort von Empire:
Okay, now I have the Rode SVM Stereo VideoMic ordered.
That would indeed fit on the HV20, right?
Antwort von JMitch:
This might fit for you:

However, it would be better positioned in several different mics to use. I have at the wedding of my sister the external ton with a laptop, external soundcard and several large membrane microphones recorded - has worked great.
is a little effort in sound mixing - but worth it!

Mahlzeit!
Have the Rode Stereo Videomic just received and tested.
What I now noticed for the first time, is the noise of the camera drive at least to hear the same as with the Micro to the HV20.
The recording quality is all but ansich lengths better.
Can I maybe someone betrayed High Pass filter can do? Is the far right switch on the Micro. The manual is in English, unfortunately.

So stereo or mono. That depends on
what you order at a wedding want to record. Is the microphone on the camcorder and the persons to be 1-2 meters in front of the camera can be heard better than the wedding party to the cameraman around, then do you have a directional microphone. The fact that ordinary directional microphones are always mono, you have in the other thread already read.
If we want a general atmosphere are, ie without a directional effect, then take a stereo microphone as of the said Beyerdynamic.
There is no Microphone, in all recording situations is equally good. For each area you need a custom fitting Microphone.

There is no wedding microphones, just as little as football lenses ... it always depends on what one actually intends.
I dare synonymous to claim that "professional equipment" does not really accurately defined as a pro multiple microphones for different purposes, it may be synonymous as a broom handle _eben exactly das_ part, to practice what he requires of his profession.
