 Thank you!
 Antwort von Jörg:

Hi,
if the editing program (which?) it supports:
Workspace set - single sequence export. Then you have 250 pictures in the desired format.

Maybe the freeware VirtualDub. Determines if there is an AVI file is MPEG1. In the modified MPEG2 can Fcchandler of VirtualDub-MPEG2. With over DirectShow accessible Videos (MOV, WMV, ASF) can be combined with VirtualDub Avisynth. In RM, SWF, I do not know.

Hello again!
Have now but one problem: Unfortunately, I've made with a 4:3 video to the test, the actual video is 16:9. Virtual Dub but there are always as 4:3. Can someone help me?
 Thank you!
 Antwort von Markus:

Hello,
a 16:9 picture has the same Resolutionwie one 4:3-Picture, ie 720 × 576 pixels. Only the pixel aspect ratio correction turns it into the desired format. On the PC, with square pixels, incidentally, both formats (4:3 and 16:9) an aspect ratio of 5:4!

 Antwort von Stefan:

Do the video before saving the images correctly handle. It is synonymous in VirtualDub.
When you take the Video Filters -> Filters-> Add "Resize". The target image size you give a 1024 for the Width and Height to 576 (should be already there). As enlargement process / filter mode you take Lanczos3. Interlaced in / out should not be relevant .. Ok.
