I would like from Final Cut 5 My finished cut video as so-called "uncompressed mov" off. So, I asked what the difference between the export as a Quicktime movie and as a Quicktime conversion.
Could I have one or the other help?

Quicktime itself is therefore faster, slower Quicktime conversion.
As a Quicktime export is done to quickly without transcoding the file to export. Quicktime conversion is useful in order to be in another video format. Principle, but both actually offer the same functionality.
