I am looking desperately for a clue as to how you can manipulate in FCE filter / effects via keyframes ...
eg I want the Solarize filter in slowly-and Hide
(in the premiere, I'm done with the keyframes)
funzt only in the PRO version of FC?
or: are there other options?

funzt only in the PRO version of FC? Well, at least I can describe to you the action from Final Cut Pro, if this in FCE does not work, then this is probably a limitation. I can imagine but not really.
s.Clip choose to timeline.
Load b) by double-clicking in viewer.
c) In the Finder> Effects> Video Filters> Stylize> Solarize
d) In the viewer the tab "Select Filters"
e) You will see a ruler "strength" of 0-100%, the right is the keyframe editor.

So we can say that the FCE was a bad buy! - SO I expect even a function of an editing program!

Right. That's impossible. It did, however, somewhere a tutorial how you can still set keyframes in FCE. Google somewhat to the keyframes and FCE. I think there was even a plugin that keyframe support brought back;) finalcutpro.de and macuser.de are your first friends ...

Until FCE 3, there was Keyframesanimationen only for movement (position, scale, etc.)
Keyframes for filters in FCE 3.5 in there or in Final Cut Pro.

Hi
Keyframes can be applied to all filters in FCE, do you have done so not bad buy.
Once you've selected the clip to edit, choose the tool that looks like a pen and is in addition to the green line next to the filter settings you want to modify by clicking the pen tool with a point.
