Hello,
s.Montag should I present my biggest film project sponsors. Until now I have all the information about the film before and had only a PowerPoint presentation to make of the creativity, teamwork and motivation of the film especially with the means to a good end to bring!
Sponsor is a vorallem patrons. Tomorrow will be directly in connection decided whether the budget of 800 ¬ will be made available.
Do you have tips or information, what should I call? How should I proceed?
Wait you see in such a "movie presentation"?

not too many details which could be bored, so
briefly the contents and flush your motivation and a
short presentation of your team ...
references / examples are always good wenns passt ...
