Frage von Andy:Hi All,
I have a "new" FastDazzle DV Now AV version 1.1 card and the latest version of the Pinnacle FastForward-Page.
The card is true of Windows XP twice recognized as a multimedia controller and seems synonymous with question marks in Device Manager, but the FastForward software just cuts off the installation because of alleged lack Hardwre available.
The whole must currently running on a Gigabyte K7 Triton board with NForce 2 chipset. On my Epox 8KRA2 + defective board (currently BIOS) the installation worked without problems.
What to do? I've pretty much tried everything.
Best regards,
Andy
PS: s.alle Dvnow Av cardholders ... ensures sufficient cooling of the card, it lasts forever. My advice .. get a halfway suitable for each chip cooler / Lüfert and affixed with silicone thermal pads or Wäremeleitkleber. Most of these cards and with the Hitzetotd cooling die is running the whole thing much more stable and faster.

Moin,
XP may not recognize the card, or make no attempt to correct driver installation. Installation only with the Dazzle software (Drivers and Software) had always been with AMD Almost no contract.

Hm
OARD my Epox-running (when running), but synonymous with an AMD CPU. Since I have only ever the procedure: Map pure software FastForward Installationsverusch, KArte out to restart without a card, card back in, and Fast CCube interface have been identified and could be FastForward instaliiert ....
The XP would not recognize the card as new hardware, ;-) I think is a rumor. It is indeed twice recognized as synonymous with the multimedia controller and other boards and WIN 2000/98SE.
I wonder just stop, why the hell FastForward cancels the installation, because the software is not hardware, the hardware, but appears clearly in the device manager??
I Cancel the installation trials / Drivers of XP, is clear. XP will soweiso ;-) Nothing except viruses, trojans and similar stuff.
Well, in the hope that return the bios for my Epox.Board soon .... maybe even someone what a fall ..
Nevertheless, many thanks for the reply.
Best regards,
Andy

Moin,
Show times are the IRQ 9 and while alone. So a slot on the basis of the Board of Architecture Environment "alone" is, and not with the slot beside it shares an IRQ. When in doubt, just use that card. With 5 PCI slots, the third is mostly alone, so it was always at least for my Board. Furthermore, in 1394 to remove all grains (ysy inf files and rename times in sys.old or sys.inf.
