I have just received a little video of a surveillance camera.
The video is about 2 minutes long, has 28 MB and the file extension *. vsr (060818T110227.vsr).
Can someone please tell me, with what program or what codec can I file them on a Windows XP computer look?

That tells me nothing, unfortunately, synonymous. But check the file times with Media Information (http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/), which should provide more info on the video.
