Hello rosenbaum, s.Besten will be a VHS course or a private teacher in the vicinity to look at the most basic things about computer and video editing to learn. For an introductory crash course is a forum, unfortunately not the appropriate point, there where a s.Besten at very specific issues to help, but unfortunately most basic requires. If the other views in a box with a black picture to see should be the film in scenes not yet separated. In the timeline, right mouse click on the movie scene and carry out detection.
When in the timeline scenes are to be seen, but not in the other views, is something wrong. Then it is probably not a service problem but a problem for the support (via the support section Magixseite in an e-mail request).
