the effect is definitely great but I just come drauf.Mein net program is Adobe Premiere 7.0 and I try just in a short video the Picture to stop, so I can show something short and after about 3-4 seconds to run the film next lass can?

This is really so simple that I do not say!
What I'm going but with a tip on the way there, is the following:
Deinterlace the frame before you copy it (ha-ha)

Simply cut out the frame ... right-click on it and the long duration or click nd since the time set ... ready;)
