Final Cut and Premiere understanding the Quicktime format, and most codecs (the ones on the system installed). I use mostly DV-PAL or DV-NTSC, m videos of one to another to obtain. If you really need the highest quality, and individual image sequences ncht want to spend (no sound / I can not hear anything), get quicktime format and codec settings to uncompressed! (Quicktime is a container for video codecs, web of up to uncompressed HD)
