Hello,
I would be super grateful if someone could help me with my problem;
I have a 50 minute film (Dv Pal 48 HZT) cut on Final Cut Pro and it now wants to export to edit it into DVD Studio Pro.
What is the most appropriate format for DVDs to have no grave loss of quality. I've used that is much slow motion and freeze frame and then the picture is often jerky, if I film the movie to Quicktime DV export HZT 48, plus the Picture s.den left and right edges are cut off, but this is not as problematic as the jerk .

So,
I would import into DVD Studio Pro already finished Mpeg2 - Use Picture and AC3 files - files for the sound (with the Dolby-A-Pack Program, which belongs to DVDSP). You can tell with your finished timeline from Final Cut Pro either with the compressor or (faster) with the Quicktime compression from the export dialog. Why? Because it comes with DVDSP to the preparation of files for a DVD, edit too is there no more. For a DVD Mpeg2 is not only the best, but in fact the
only acceptable format.
Before you in forums and stupid dußlig rummage, I recommend the Books from the Galileo Verlag, Andreas Zerr of Final Cut Pro and of Uli Plank for DVDSP. They are so tasty and interesting writing that they even fitted for the beach, and then you understand that most of the discussion, what the very knowledgeable ladies and gentlemen in finalcutpro.de.

Thanks for your advice. I'm as beginner as you have, and probably everyone else notices the same, do in this forest of compression types just do not know what. Since then we shall stop such questions, the other abgewinnen only a tired smile, but no answer. Then you feel really stupid, if one happens.

Questions will it take to fill knowledge gaps. Stupid questions, there's, like so many would be synonymous of me Delete post here. My - useless - wish s.alle newcomers: Only ask if the question was not answered already somewhere else. Calling all veterans: ignore stupid questions rather than contemptuously turn up their nose. Even Dwarfs Started Small, and patiently fed the squirrels.
