Infoseite // Final Cut Studio or Express or Adobe Premiere Pro CS 4

Frage von Charlinsky:

Hallöchen,
I now have the new iMac 27er grudged and now to have no problems with CS 3 HD material 720p/25fps cut.
Would now consider to FC switch to the version supported synonymous my above referred to materials? As an alternative I could just get the cheaper CS4 package for students, since there are only FCS with a much higher price. What would you recommend running Premiere Pro s.Mac as well as Windows and would be better than FC on jedemfall because just demn developed for Mac?

Antwort von Axel:

My recommendation is not representative, although I know a friend of CS4 on the PC on the Mac, but only briefly. On the Mac, I tried it s.dem min (for 20, therefore, no) offend intended, it seemed to me very much more slowly than FinalCut.

The workflow for most HD codecs another, synonymous if Premiere and FinalCut themselves are very similar and you would not need long to switch. Even though Final Cut for example, HDV, DVCProHD and XDCamEX can natively cut is preferred in most of the conversion to ProRes, primarily for quality reasons. As with many things in life habits play a role.

If you are used to make very elaborate postpro in After Effects, say, in the style of Andrew Kramer and using numerous plugins, you will not be enough, the AAE counterpart Motion. Are the other hand, not a typical plug-User and the postpro is more of a supplement, you will prefer motion after a certain time to adapt. For Adobe PS and AE Speakers, None would seriously prefer for video production one of the other Programs to FC.

Watch a few online tutorials on FCS, it's your leg handle a workflow and ask someone to be able to work one days so that would be my advice
