I have changed the export settings, several times. mt2, mp4, 700Kb/s- 8Mbit.
Can only be seen on the Internet.
Thought s.Differenz between 50 frames per second and 60 cycles, with screens, so there synonymous with two variants of 60 and 30 fps ...
So, no thanks Halbbildproblematik 720p50.
Do you have an idea?

The stripes are in almost every transverse, but like variable.
It was noticed the wine shop owner, I see it synonymous s.zwei Gadgets computers with different data lines, DSL 6000 and anything else real quick.
I'm relieved, however, that you see nothing.

Maybe some have only monitor the problem.

VideoSpec says (to the Vimeoclip Downloaded 8,7 MB): 30 fps consistently. QT Player (Info-floating window) changes uniformly between 29 and 31 fps, with all but makes the clip. So much for 50p.
No strip mine.
On some Windows systems you can see with Mpeg4 videos a "tear through the Picture", which looks like an ol analog tape disorder, usually through the upper third of the picture, played preferably in Quicktime shooting, Web and jump of File, not reliably reproducible, cause unknown . Possible?

I have uploaded four different exports, with the following sizes:
36,32,14 and 6 MB. Twice 50fps, even 30, even 60, if all went well and so was, as I thought. But it was mp4 ....
Perhaps Vimeo makes in his own transformation from something very American.
I send the movies to Youtube.de times, and look there.

Have allowed me to edit a screenshot of your video editing to the image slightly. See the 2 sections of shifts in the lower half. Here, perhaps a little exaggerated.

On my editing suite I use two monitors. Currently, the right monitor is running in clone mode. Your video is running in full screen mode, ie on both monitors. The left monitor has (HDMI) is running with 50 Hz, the right (no HDMI) wants to run with only 60 Hertz.
Only in that I see similar stripes. In almost every transverse and like variable. "Crack" through the picture would aptly describe it, but it is different than I know analog of Band disorders.

That means tearing and occurs when video - and refresh rate do not match. So practically forever. Most are used to it, the other's annoying. Solution? There's not - except to convert expensive videos in 30fps, then the chance is that you can look's fairly smoothly, even given s.ehesten.
