I have the Panasonic NV-GS180 EG-S ordered.
For best quality, I want to get me to buy a FireWire card and of course a cable.
And there begins the problem already. Since there are now 6auf4 cable with pins, or 6auf6 pins or pins 4auf4, What I need now just because.
The Camera is only firewire. Since I am here in the forum but have read that the standard 4pin for battery-powered devices, I think times or 4pin?
What bushes have for now but the cards?

as you rightly say have mobile (battery powered) 4-pin devices - laptops synonymous.
Stationary systems usually have 6-pin, sometimes synonymous both. I, for example, 2x 4-pin and 2x 6-pin. When you have your easy to see.

I can give you one thing to say:
-The quality is not better (because the USB Camera is capable of high speed)
Hab mir synonymous bought a cable and was disappointed

It's getting better (in this specific case) is not, nobody has claimed synonymous.
Firewire is the standard method is universally supported and works reliably, unlike the USB Gemurkse, where with luck in specific individual cases.
