Frage von Blackeagle123:Hello,
I have the following map at Ebay bought:
Ebay Link with USB - and Firewire ports!
The processing is bad and the drivers CD totally confusing, but well, what the heck, hauptsache the card works!
---> If they work times!
I have the drivers installed, with the presumption that only the USB Drivers are installed. I clasp my 500GB external disk s.die card via USB 2.0, it will be recognized and I can access them. I concur but my Panasonic NV-MX300 via Firewire, it will not recognize (not a "pling pling" sound, no new hardware device on the monitor), I also can not record video with premiere.
Is there a general Firewire or 1394-Drivers? What can I do? Why is the device is not recognized?
I work with WinXP
(firewall of win and of AntiVir currently disabled!) And an Athlon 64bit, with his MSI motherboard. But do not think that there is a hardware problem.
Hope you can help me! Many greetings,
Constantin

Normally, such PCI cards (OHCI compliant) of XP auto detected. A driver installation should not be necessary (XP). Please watch your times in the device manager, if there is a new entry under "Network" exists. What would interest me more is whether you have the SP2 Requirements. It should already have been cases, where the combi SP2 + Firewire led to chaos.

Hey,
Yesterday though I still have videos playing on, the camera seems to be the problem. I have a different camera (also Panasonic) connected, which was recognized. For these Camera Drivers have been installed under this premiere is synonymous but not recognized.
My other camera is not recognized. I will now look at repair!
Many greetings,
Constantin

So now I've installed everything as far as times that the second camera (a Panasonic NV-DS150) in Premiere is detected. I can then capture the video via Firewire. The other camera is still not recognized.
(Apparently the defective interface!) But how can I create that I am of the video premiere of vor-/zurückspulen, pause, ... can? There are only specific cameras, and it looks like there is no longer possible (as in Release 6.5), a general "Panasonic" setting to meet them! Are there drivers / plug-ins or any other way? Many greetings,
Constantin

So, now I reply myself already for the third time ...
The cameras are now both at once s.beiden computers no longer recognized! Do you know whether it is a kind of "operating system" exists, in the Camera, where something is going wrong, when I turn the computer off and leave the camera connected?
Or can it be that my firewire card, both ports s.den cameras has broken?
I use really SP2 on two computers ... But what can I do now?
(Formatting excluded) Many greetings,
Constantin
