Hey,

I would like to send a DV signal from the PC a) s.den TV (; about the Canopus ADVC-110 and the signal b) simultaneously send back s.einen other calculator, which it then with Adobe OnLocation (; or Premiere again) made visible as a video can.

Can I just use it a second Firewire output, which I verkabelung with another calculator? (; A simple quasi Firewire Hub ...)

Or must it be an intelligent firewire splitter, which sharpens the signal through the ADVC-110 "?

I use Windows. I have no idea whether the OHCI sowas supported protocol. Under Linus it would seem easier ...

I think that it unfortunately does not work (and I would need such a synonymous Config., - No time) for testing.
The camera establishes a connection (; But you bräuchstest two).

Thank you! However, I need so only the analog signal, which comes from the analog / digital converter ONCE, but the digital signal twice!

I seem to be built just a bit.

Possibly synonymous, there is a possibility, the signal which I spend Premiere intercept IN COMPUTER. Can I simply eg OnLocation show? That would be enough to me, of course! (, So I could do without a second PC!)

Then you look at the linked Page Once again more closely. From a DV source, the signal s.den AD hiking and there it comes out twice. Once again as DV and analog time. That's exactly the way you had described it.

Here is a price of stands S.222, -. This is certainly not cheap, but another AD converter is not synonymous much cheaper. The ADVC-55 synonymous already costs about 165, -.

You can also rent the thing certainly synonymous somewhere. If your event lasts only a few days, could be synonymous interesting.

Otherwise, however, write me, just what exactly you're planning. Perhaps there is still a very different approach ....

Is clear that IEEE duchgeschleift 1394 - signal, but this use is nothing, the camera establishes a connection with a peer on - in your config. You have but two unterschiedl. Peers.
Some time ago I have so little time with a real try Firewire Hub - did not work.

PS Where else but at Datavideo because they will not, unfortunately, will find it, because they have a patent on it :-(;

Have you taken the trouble times, and scroll with my link in the manual to Page 18? Since it is exactly the scenario described, that means the thread starter:

How it looks good. Perhaps you have to lower s.Gerät reposition s.den jumpers was ... It is a pity, but synonymous, that the analog input does not work.
