I've recently gained a Pentax camera (Optio S60)
For simple recordings were not (no zoom) to me is now a kind of fisheye effect noticed (see picture):

Especially in the lower right hand corner you can see that the door frame to bend inward.
If such an effect on normal compact on this scale??
Who knows what to do? If you exchange the camera?

This is called a distortion. This results in extreme wide-angle lenses or extremely poor. Some buy the special guest, a LOMO Holga or in order to achieve this effect too. I prefer to give out more money, not to see this effect too.
