I am currently s.verzweifeln something. I try to GH2 with the 14-140s s.dem Flycam 3000 balance without quick release plate, but it is either to left or right-leaning.
What do you take to get the tripod s.Kopf into balance?

What says the drop in Time? For how many seconds are you? To this very well figure out a video and then take on the seconds in your editing program measuring how long it takes to get the Cam of the horizontal to vibrate in the vertical. You have to approach special scenes in 2.5 seconds.
