that should be commonly seen problems. The license plate may not be used and if the owner of his car (possibly due to a special tuning, etc.) recognize, then you would have the right to sublicense the recordings with him. If it is a normal Chevy, could include everyone, I would rather not worry me. This, however, you must know yourself. Contracts you can diesbzgl. but no sign because you do not have rights of third parties and therefore not synonymous'll pass.
