I have a Miglia Director's Cut 2, which for a few weeks ago no longer works. I purchased the''good''piece before about 1 1 / 4 years at www.goapple.de. Since the guarantee amounted to only 1 years, I do not know what to do now.
Could you tell me what to do in such a case?

Hello Bernd,
Your dealer must urgently revise its Policies,
"of 6.3 for the goods delivered to us, we provide warranty for a period of 6 months of delivery of the goods (paragraph 5). Deviating warranty periods are described in the warranty card." That clause is ineffective because Dealers in Germany now have to provide two years legal warranty! So reclaim your Miglia Director's Cut 2, you still have warranty!

On the Page of Miglia indicates that you provide 2 years warranty.
Should I goapple.de on these 2 year warranty of Miglia draw attention?
Should I now complain when goapple.de or Miglia?
I do not have it the way 1 1 / 4 years, but only about 11 months.

You reklamierst at the dealer where You purchased the item. If that dealer is no longer exist (or to play dumb), then you turn with an appropriate notice s.den Manufacturer.
I would draw your attention to the dealer (goapple.de) with respect to the legacy of the revised Policies, statutory warranty.
