It is intended synonymous in Final Cut Pro, but you can make from the finished film s.einfachsten in QuickTime player.

Shift-N to create or modify-> Still image. The Picture Viewer is then, you just have to draw only in the browser and then right click -> Export.

[List] in timeline playhead to the desired frame
Storage - QT conversion ...
Format: Still Image
Options ...: everything else, such as image format, compression and storage is probably self-explanatory [/ list: u: 746c0016b2].
