I have a 10 year old Cam -> JVC GR DVL 20
If the material to the PC recorde and especially in fast movements dan sees this:

but the increases already on Sun why? comes this ugly effect of interlancing? it should dan when I look at all on the TV are not purely theoretical or how.

as it looks fine when you put it directly connects s.den television monitor? s.den tv or your neighbors or friends?
if there already is distorted, it is s.der camera.
try to play it with a different camera.
if not, then there may s.pc.
